Angel Cuesta Cigars by J.C. Newman

The historic Angel Cuesta cigar brand is named for Angel LaMadrid Cuesta, one of the storied Cuesta-Rey cigar brand founders, and was the official cigar of Spain's King Alfonso XIII who ruled from 1886 to 1931. Expertly handmade by a team of two rollers with decades of experience between them, today's Angel Cuesta cigars are produced at J.C. Newman's iconic El Reloj cigar factory in Tampa, Florida, and only distributed to tobacconists twice a year. Regal cigar bands adorn the beautiful Ecuador Havana Rosado wrapper that blankets an undisclosed blend of aged tobaccos from three continents and is finished with a pigtail cap and closed foot. These medium- to full-bodied premium cigars are nuanced, smooth, and full-flavored with notes of cedar, oak, earthiness, baking spices, toast, and nuts.
