BLACKENED Cigars "S84" Shade to Black by Drew Estate is the second collaboration among larger-than-life cigar enthusiasts and friends ~ Jonathan Drew of Drew Estate; James Hetfield, Metallica co-founder; and Rob Dietrich, the Master Distiller and Blender of BLACKENED American Whiskey.

Unlike the original all-maduro "M81" cigar, "S84" is covered in a silky Ecuadorian Connecticut Shade wrapper that somewhat tames the beast within ~ a maduro blend of Nicaraguan and Pennsylvania Broadleaf long-fillers bound in Connecticut Broadleaf. With its enticing notes of espresso, leather, cream, and dark chocolate, this medium-bodied smoke pairs exceptionally well with whiskey as one would expect.

The "S84" designation represents the shade wrapper and the year Metallica's 'Fade to Black' power ballad was released.
