Like its sibling Papas Fritas, the Nasty Fritas is blended with leftover premium Nicaraguan and Honduran filler tobaccos from the production of Drew Estate's Liga Privada No. 9 and T52 lines. The short cut leaf is bound in Brazilian Mata Fina, wrapped in Connecticut-grown Broadleaf Oscuro, and finished with a pigtail cap and closed foot. Named after one of Jonathan Drew's favorite foods (French fries), Nasty Fritas are remarkably creamy and sweet, medium/full bodied cigars with plenty of peppery and earthy notes intermingled and copious amounts of smoke output.
